Important Things You Need to Know

• Send photos. Do not send negatives.
• Do not send original photos. We can not be responsible for loss or damage to originals.
• Send a rough sketch, with all text typed (preferred) or printed neatly.
• Please communicate clearly with your representative and the graphics department on what you would like. We are here to please YOU!

Sending Your Own Computer Files

It is possible for us to complete your order with artwork you've designed to use as your cover. Please follow all instructions below very carefully when sending in your own graphic files.

• We will only accept artwork on 3.5" floppy, 5 1/4" SyQuest, CD-Rom, zip disks, 230 Optical and Jaz Drives.
• Macintosh files should be in Quark Xpress, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Pagemaker or Freehand.
• IBM Files should be in Corel Draw, PhotoPaint, Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator.
• All images must be in CMYK and must be in the correct sizing. Files must allow for bleed.
• Along with your files you must provide a typed (preferred) or neatly printed directory of files and filenames.
• You must include a hard-copy print out of all files.
• You must include all screen and printer fonts you use. They must be linked in the proper directory (for Mac) or provided in a separate directory called "Fonts" (for IBM).
• Provide all graphics.
• Do not supply files that are not needed.
